I approach Rushmore’s work with a simple responsibility: earn the next call by how we handle the work in front of us.

For me, that means asking the right questions before saying yes, being clear about what we can deliver, and communicating early when plans change.

Our Jordan company’s operating work and my earlier experience inform the support we offer. Our U.S. company coordinates contracting and customer requirements. I keep those roles clear, stay close to the customer and take responsibility for the work we agree to perform.
