What to include
- Site location, headcount, dates and required accommodation or camp workstreams.
- Meal, water, power, laundry, sanitation and maintenance requirements, where applicable.
- Service standards, access, supplier responsibilities and acceptance or reporting arrangements.
How the work is scoped
Scope each requested workstream, confirm suitable local providers and agree service responsibilities and reporting. Selected camp services do not establish responsibility for an entire base; full base operations require a separately verified scope and delivery capability.
Who coordinates delivery
The U.S. company coordinates the requirement. Jordan delivery uses the parent company and agreed suppliers or partners; the quotation identifies responsibilities. Other locations require case-by-case assessment.
Delivery arrangementsRelevant Experience
The Jordan company’s subcontract work includes apartment rental, staff accommodation and coordination of utilities and housing suppliers. A 2025 recommendation describes lodging, travel and procurement support over a three-year relationship spanning earlier founder work and the Jordan business. Separate moving and furniture-cleaning frameworks establish terms for individual orders; they are not evidence that every potential order was completed.
